Three Samples of our Multiple Certificates of Compliance

Baja Charters complies with all the sanitary and security standards and regulations to operate in safety. We strictly follow the cleaning protocol of the State Commission for the Protection Against Sanitary Risks, and the CDC guidelines to keep guests and crew safe. CAPTAINS restaurant and bar, and each of our yachts and tour boats, along with snorkel gear, and other user equipment, is cleaned and sanitized using recommended products by the Ministry of Health. The same as required for hospital disinfection against COVID19 and other viruses. The health of our crew members is constantly monitored. Our yachts are larger than average, which aids in proper distancing.

In Baja Sur, (the southern state of the Baja), deaths from Covid-19 have been minimal. Significantly less than other areas in Mexico and the United States, and less those from traffic accidents for the same historical periods. Baja Sur is essentially an island. We are surrounded by water on three sides. It takes eighteen hours by ferry from the Mexican mainland. To the north, one must cross 300 miles of harsh desert with no services. The twin cities of Cabo, along with La Paz and the other tourist destinations in Baja Sur, are all contained within this unusual-geographic-phenomena, which makes our home state of Baja Sur, more akin to an isolated island, than anything on the mainland.
